Who is Traveljohn?
Traveljohn.co.uk is owned by Innox Trading Ltd, operating from its registered premises in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

 

Why do I have to register?
To place an order with us you will need to create an account. All data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will only be used for the purposes of progressing your order.

Faulty Item Returns
We're very sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Our procedure requires that you contact us so that we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. Once we hear from you, we will give you full instructions on how to return the item to us and anything else that is necessary for us to process a return.

 

Unwanted Returns Procedure
For unwanted returns, we require that you please contact us with the nature of the return. We will supply you with the returns information that you need on request.

 

I haven't received my order yet!
We would like to apologise if you have not yet received your order. Our delivery guidelines state that you should receive your order in about 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. If your item does not arrive in the times quoted we would recommend that you contact us so that we can take a look at your order for you.
